People who is in Vancouver

My friend who lives in Whistler came to Vancouver today.
After she stay for 3 days in Vancouver, She's gonna East of Canada,
such as Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa.

She had a plan which is vision correction surgery.
However, it was postponed her plan of surgery.

We went to Japanese restaurant which name was SAMURAI.
She didn't satisfactory in customer service.
This restaurant is famous Japanese restaurant in Vancouver.
Although Japanese meals is good, some of workers are not good.
She's also working at Japanese Restaurant in Whistler.
She talked to me, "People who is in Vancouver are not kindness.
People who is in Whistler is more kindness than Vancouver"

Now, I don't know which area is more kindness.
After I live in Whistler, I'll know which area the kindest person is in.
