The Tuna Party

A deep-fishing fisherman who is my roommate's boyfriend caught a lot of
tuna and cuttlefish. He had gone to the Pacific Ocean for 3 months.
A week ago, he came back to Vancouver with a tuna and cuttlefish.
And much to my delight, he gave me them.

So I invited my friends at my condo and had the "Tuna Party" !!!

We cooked so many sushi rolls with tuna and green onion (negitoro-maki),

fried bean-curd stuffed with boiled rice (inari-zushi),

fried cuttlefish with soy sauce and pepper (ika-no-syouyu-itame),

fried vegetables with miso (yasai-no-miso-itame), miso soup,

sliced raw tuna (maguro-no-sashimi).

I tried to make sushi rolls.
It was easy to make them, though it was silly-looking.
They were soooooo delicious. We enjoyed eating!!!
For the last time, of cause we ate too much.

You know, I don't like a fresh fish. Buuuuut I could eat it.
The tuna wasn't red color, it was a light pink, and it doesn't smell fishy.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo which is sliced raw tuna....
